Pak army/intelligence turned off the radars or whatever. Pak army cuts off power to that entire area. The US strike team flew in and landed on the compound. They themselves blew up one helicopter. [Technical snag claim is BS] This was done so that Pak save face and can claim internally among "Muslim nations' brotherhood" that Pak army had indeed intercepted the strike team and "pak army" shot them down to save "Our messiah".

There's a very good probability that the ISI/Pak army had at least one of their representative inside the compound as caretaker [or whatever] of the house or mediator all along. So far, he's been safeguarding Osama and reporting to Pak authorities. And been updating Osama about any developments. But this time, as Pak was exposed, he was ordered by Pak to help Americans when they strike. So he did. Probably he hid Osama's firearm before the strike and carried out other sabotages inside the compound. Thus when the SEAL team striked, they ran down the place, Osama was unarmed, all occupants were killed or captured and not a single American was even wounded.

Coming to think of it, I believe the SEAL got orders to "Capture Osama. And kill the rest. Kill them all. No survivors". That's why first it was announced that Osama's wife was killed, probably 'coz they didn't know it really didn't go as planned. In reality, when Pak was told that "We're here for blood", Pak said "WTF..!! Even women & kids?? You can't do that". After some deliberation, it was decided that women and kids will be spared. And thus later White House statement changed to "She was shot in leg, but not killed".

Now, the biggest question. Whether Osama was really killed. He might've been. He might not have been. The hurried burial "at see" is highly suspicious. And the way US is refusing to show evidence, I'm highly doubtful. If you ask me, until America shows some proof, I ain't believing. America doesn't care about Muslims getting shocked or upset by seeing the 'gruesome' picture of dead Osama. Hell, they were dancing & chanting & what not all over the country when Obama announced the killing. And now US is feeding us this BS.... releasing picture will endanger national security... What crap!!

Most probably Osama is captured alive and is being held at highly classified location like Area 51 or something for interrogation. They need him for all sorts of information and future plans. But couldn't let the world know that they have Osama. 'Coz then they'll have to follow the "Law" and shit. No. They faked his death and now they can do whatever they want with him. Osama is at their mercy and has no other option than to cooperate.

Internally, he ordered another team of experts to analyze the photo and determine if anyone can expose it as 'fake'. Well, the team returned with results - "Yes. We can".

Now, the photo controversy. First white house said they're pondering whether or not to release the photos. Internally, Obama asked CIA team to chalk something up. Great photoshoppers were assigned their task. When the photo was doctored and shown to Obama, he was impressed and announcement was made "Photo will be released. The Pros outweigh the cons". Internally, he ordered another team of experts to analyze the photo and determine if anyone can expose it as 'fake'. Well, the team returned with results - "Yes. We can". Obama said "Damn it!!" and announced "No no. The pic is very gruesome. It'll lead to bloodbath on streets". Err.. what happened to "Pros outweigh cons"...??

Next question - "What happens to Pak, now that it is exposed". The world is asking Pak to come clean. On face, USA will question Pak, but behind closed doors, it'll say "Alright pal. We're leaving you this time. Don't do this again". And the world will move on. But this might not end just here. America might in near future decide "Fuck, this ain't enough. We want more" and make a move on Pak. They'll say "Dude, Pakistan harbored Osama and stabbed us in the back" and declare war on Pakistan. They'll destroy/capture their nuclear arsenal and suck up whatever resource they can from Pak. And we all now what happens to the land after USA/hurricane Katrina has swept over it. Problem for Pakistan would be it won't be able to cry fowl. It can't claim then that it had helped USA in the Osama killing. 'Coz at that time, they'll know for sure that America isn't gonna back down, no matter what the world says. It'll be "Iraq & WMDs" all over again. Also, if they declare that they had helped US kill Osama, then "Muslim nations' brotherhood" won't come to fight for Pakistan in that war. Hence, Pak will have to endure the war, wash their hands off their nukes and maybe cease to exists as 'safe heaven for terrorists'.

USA will now have this sword hanging over Pakistan's head. Watch out how this unfolds. I seriously believe that we are on the brink of World War 3. What with what's happening in Libya and other middle-east countries. They are gonna be pissed sooner or later and declare a war, which will snowball worldwide. Also, this volatile situation in Pak now. Also, the way China is lining up its troops along the India-China border or Line of Actual Control. The whole world seems to be on the brink of another world war waiting to happen. And if that happens, you can be rest assured that someone is gonna use nukes. Is the world really gonna end in 2012? That too, not by external forces but in the hand of mankind itself?

To some it all up, these are my conclusions -

• Pakistan was aware of Osama's presence in Abbottabad. In fact, ISI/Pak Army was sheltering him there. There's no doubt about it.
• USA ordered Pak to cooperate or face war.
• Pakistan personnel knew of the operation in advance and also provided support in the operation. Here also I don't have any doubt.
• Osama is most probably captured alive. The killing is a hoax spread by White House.

Disclaimer: Don't brand me another Conspiracy theorist. What I've said above is common sense and use of logic. If you ask me for proof, well, I don't have any. Also, I hope that Osama is really killed this time. But until proven otherwise, the above account IS what I'll continue to believe.

Alright, back to Jade. I did a little Google search and found out her Official Unofficial Website. There's her bio, pics, video n stuff. Hmmmm. She looked just 'above average' in the pics. Not that HOT or smokin. So, what was all this fuss about? [Google blog search returns some 10,000 results]. Maybe, it's because she's in gaming industry which is conventionally thought of as Guys' playground. I guess it's like reacting to a lady who suddenly finds herself in Men's loo. Turns out, it was much more than just reaction. There was an explicit cartoon strip of Jade trying to sell the 'Game' using her sexuality. That created a lot of controversy and resulted in Ubisoft suing the forum Something Aweful. That cartoon has been sinse removed from that forum, but it is still doing the rounds of the net and it landed on my PC as well. Some people are calling it 'freedom of expression', some are condemning the strip. Well, I think the strip is of bad taste. Jade certainly doesn't deserve this. Some jerks came up with this idea just to gain attention. To hell with them. :@

After nearly 6 hour journey to cover 30 km from the airport where millions of fans followed the Men in Blue, Dhoni and his boys finally made their way to the Wankhede Stadium for the felicitation ceremony. While the team was ostentatiously felicitated at the ceremony, one disturbing fact that I and almost everybody observed was the way BCCI officials took center stage by dominating the first row along with politicians. With the exception of Captain Dhoni, all the other players were relegated to the second row. Indian Politicians....!! Won't miss even a single chance of hogging the limelight. Anyways, now that they have fulfilled a nation's dream after 24 years, rewards are raining on our national heroes. Yuvraj Singh was handed over a reward of Rs Rs 1 crore for his brilliant six sixes. The gift from sponsors Sahara is a house worth Rs 25 lakh for each of the 15 members of the team. The Baroda Cricket Association is giving a prize of Rs 11 lakh each for Yusuf and Irfan Pathan. Gujarat government is giving Rs 5 lakh each for the brothers. Then there's Porsche for Yuvraj, Rs 21 lakh from the Haryana government for Joginder Sharma and a surprise gift and Jharkhand Ratna for captain Dhoni from home state Jharkhand. List is still going on.

Hyderabad, 9th Sep: Rescue workers were engaged in removing the debris at an under-construction flyover in the busy Panjagutta area of Hyderabad which collapsed on Sunday night killing two persons and injuring 10 others.
The mishap initially triggered fears that at least 15 persons could have lost their lives as the giant iron girders and concrete slabs caved in and flattened several vehicles.

Karachi, 1st Sep: 10 persons were killed and several people were injured when a portion of newly inaugurated 'Shershah Northern bypass bridge' connecting to Hub River caved in at Paracha Chowk of Karachi. The authorities fear that the death toll could rise. 20-25 persons are still trapped under the debris and are calling through their cell phones for help.

China : In south China, a bridge has collapsed, killing 28 people and injuring 22 more. The 320-meter-long (1,000-ft), 42-meter-high (138-ft) bridge spanning the Tuo river in Fenghuang county, Hunan province, fell down during the evening rush hour on Monday. About 60 workers were on the bridge itself when it collapsed.

And now, the BIG 'Common Factor' - THE REASON behind all these. See if you can remember where U read this : -

The best experts were at a loss to explain why it had snapped clearly in two, sending a dozen cars into the watery depths of the river below.

The Prime Minister's pulse quickened at the very thought of these accusations, for they were neither fair nor true. How on earth was his government supposed to have stopped that bridge collapsing? It was outrageous for anybody to suggest that they were not spending enough on bridges. The bridge was fewer that ten years old, and the best experts were at a loss to explain why it had snapped clearly in two, sending a dozen cars into the watery depths of the river below.

Ring any bells? The bridge mentioned above is the 'Brockdale Bridge' of London. Remember where u read about it? Anyways, here's the explanation for the above incident -

"He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named has now been joined by those of his followers who broke out of Azkaban in January" said Fudge. Since they have moved into the open, they have been wrecking havoc. The Brockdale bridge - he did it. He threatened a mass muggle killing unless I stood aside for him and --"

Now you know for sure what I'm talking about. Voldemort and his death-eaters. It seems, he has really rose to power again and his death eaters are stalking the globe, crashing bridges in different countries they travel through. What say? :D Ok, ok. Now u'll call me moron and stuff. But at least, HP fans will be thinking about it for a long time. After all, the incidents can't be just overlooked as stray 'accidents'. I don't buy the explanations given by US experts about the Minneapolis incident that corrosion due to Pigeon stools caused the break down. How weird...!!!

Now when I look back at my life so far, I realize how blessed I've been to get those few great teachers. The 1st one who comes to my mind is the headmaster of my kindergarten school. He had spotted something special in me and took special care of me. Mom says the 1st thing I used to do after returning from school was doing my home-work. Guess I was a good student then. I don't really remember much of these. But there's one incident that I still remember as if it had happened just yesterday. It was after I had finished my kindergarten. One day that head master came to meet me at home and told papa "He's a special child. Take special care of him. He'll make it really big someday". Papa was so proud of me that day and so was I. I was bluntly telling everybody that day what he had said.

My next experience with teachers wasn't this pleasant though. I was in class 3 and there was this bully in my class but I didn't pay him much hid. One day he threatened one boy in the class to do as he says or else .... That other boy suddenly stood up in mid class, clutching his stomach and said "Sir, Bikram just punched me hard in stomach". That teacher was a relative of this boy. He just thrashed me for a long time, not listening to a single word I said. By the time he let go off me, I was all bright red - head to toe, as if I'll start bleeding any moment. On my way back home, curious onlookers made me feel sick. Everybody's 1st impression was obviously 'punished for some unforgivable mischief'. Through their eyes, I saw myself as a criminal. I kept running on road, shaking, till I reached home and broke down in tears. Mom went numb on seeing me and papa immediately rushed me to a hospital. A case was filed against that teacher. But he wasn't even questioned by police. He was let go. They said 'he just did his duty. Corporal punishment is a part of school life'. That was when I started hating the word 'teacher'.

Now a days, there's one or the other news of harsh corporal punishment every other day. Most people just skip such news, turning a blind eye. But ask someone who's been through it. Whenever there's one such news, I still feel the tearing sensation of canes raining on my skin. WCD is proposing some strict rules against such barbarism. Some people are opposing it saying 'that will ruin the tender relation between teachers and their pupils'. But what have they got to say about the total mental break down of a child thrashed in the name of punishment?


And now I'm all boiling up again. I actually wanted to write some nice memorable interactions with my teachers; about how Jeevan sir was like a father figure for me, and how sorry I was when I had compelled Vishwas sir to shout at me in mid class and later apologize for no mistake of his. But now that I remembered my class 3 incident, my mood is ruined. Just want to wrap up and grab some coffee. Will tell you the rest some other day.

Those who think that it's impossible to dodge the security with that much explosive - I'll say - dude wake up. Anyways, even if they don't enter the main building - a powerful explosion at the gate itself will cause huge damage. Entry gate is the most crowded at any given moment with ever streaming crowd pushing and shoving to get in or out. One strong blast amidst such packed crowd will throw mangled bodies, which were cheering alive person moments ago, at least 10 meters away. Pieces of flesh will be flying here and there. Even the thought of such possibility gives me shivers. I feel sick - at the same time hatred for all those devils who are executing these sins in the name of jihad.

I'm not against some particular community. That's just not done. Just as I'd like to say All men are not dog, the whole community is not terrorist. I don't get why my countrymen don't understand this game of greedy politicians? We have been through this before - since the age of Mugals - East India Company - partition - more recently - Mumbai Riots - Mumbai Serial Blasts - Gujarat. Still we don't learn a lesson and every time we become the puppets in the hands of politicians. It's high time that we all stand together against all such separatist force. Gather 'round people and let's show them what we've got.

As a nation, we are impotent when it comes to tackling terror. After every attack, our police and politicians make the same old noises, but nothing changes. Mumbai's been hit time and time again by serial blasts. Delhi's been targeted repeatedly, including once on the eve of Diwali. Hyderabad has been struck twice within 4 months this year. The IISc in Bangalore was attacked in 2005 .... the list is endless.

What's almost as terrible as our inability to prevent these attacks is our abysmal record in bringing the perpetrators to book. It's taken 14 years for sentencing in the 1993 Mumbai blasts - and the masterminds are still at large. Clearly, there's no resolve to act. Worse, there are stories of political protection.

The US has come in for criticism for its brute response to 9/11. This is not a defense of Washington's approach to terrorism, but the fact is, there hasn't been an attack on US soil since 2001. Is India going to simply stand by and watch innocent lives being snuffed out with chilling regularity? It's time we took a hard line on terrorism.

Pheeew. Now I am feeling a bit relaxed. Whole of last week, I was juggling with lotsa request from visitors for the spoiler, the overwhelming response to the poll, the notice from google, my site crashing under the immense load, 1000+ visitors on a single day. Readers from world over tried every possible means to reach me to get their hands on the spoiler. They left comments, dropped me a mail and directly chatted with me. I couldn't help but reply to all of 'em. It's really been a very VERY busy week, filled with anxiety. So much so that eventhough I had the full spoiler with me and was talking 'bout it with my readers, I myself couldn't read even a single page of it. So, I guess my wait isn't spoilt ...!! Think I'm "evil cunning monster"...?? Ohhhh, please don't fret. I wasn't waiting for the release with all eagerness. If someone else told me the ending, it doesn't matter to me. I don't eat n drink n sleep HP. But, ya. I do like this series and adore it.

My poor baby. I worked on it so much and now it was down in an instant. What do I do? Cry out loud or break something down ...!! Anyways, I removed that zip file link from my last post. Instantly my site came back to life. Yay. So, they were holding my site at ransom for this. But nope. Site was down again within half-hour. My next stop was Google Analytics which tracks my site's hit stats. The figures there were shocking as well as overwhelming. That stat is HUGE. Atleast, as compared to my site stats before this HP mania. So, this is what has brought my site down and not Google People...!! A sigh of relief. Uploaded all the relevant files to another server and brought my site back to life [ again ]. At last.

OKAY. So, here is the BIG question. Who is right here ...?? The WCD for taking up the cause of Working Women who do face a lot of harassment at workplace or SFF who are fighting for the Men who are exploited under such laws... !! WCD has a valid point - that women at all walks of life, specially at workplaces are subjected to sexual harassment and they do need a safeguard to protect them. But I guess this is just half the truth. Men are not spared. In today's age, gals no longer stay away from flirting with their seniors to gain promotions n all. And those who think that the story told in "Aitraz" is just a filmy story, think again. THIS IS happening. So, should men also sought the implementation of a similar law for themselves?

On one hand, we talk about gender equality n all. And on the other, when it's about opportunities, there is uproar to give women special treatment by portraying them as weaker sex. I guess Swarup Sarkar is right asking "the government should bring a cross-gender law to prevent any kind of harassment at workplaces"


I am a newbee in this corporate world. So maybe I don't know the twists n turns of this world. But what I've seen here in past 6 months, I'm pretty much sure that women are not the only victim.

What makes one violate another humans space is yet another mystery but all I can say it leaves quite a distaste for life. Perverts can be found in all aspects of life and we often tend to ignore. Some of us stand up to them but it has not made a tremendous difference so far.

In such a hostile society and bad times, it feels nice to c a forum like 'Blank Noice' taking stance for the cause of women and humanity as a whole. It is addressing various issues involved in countering this menace. And, on top of everything, it's not any other usual "Women's right activists" group who look down upon every man as hounds. They know the good n the bad, the victims n the abusers. They r not just helping victims recover, they r encouraging everyone to fight back and bring an end to it. And who r 'they'? 'THEY' are not just the moderators of the site 'Blank Noise' but every single person who comes forward to support the cause, guy or gal. No gender war is raging here. 'Aam Janta' is fighting the filthy mud-bloods to make the world a better place to live.

Do give this a visit. You can get involved in this cause in your city, be part of the campaign, share ideas & experiences and many many more ways. I've been going through it relentlessly for the past 6 - 7 hrs. I feel so much shocked n shaken by all the stories. Two observations there that are worth a great deal of thought are -

Varsha says - I always ask myself, why do we have to go through this? Its not possible that so many men could be sexually deprived. Subconsciously, men are fighting for the place that they consider theirs. When they see women on streets, they feel that public place is rightfully theirs and they all are trying to intimidate us. it sounds dramatic, but i think its true."
Amit ken says - If you are a guy and reading this, please keep in mind that your behavior towards women which you consider ‘normal’ or ‘fun’, like whistling, winking, singing, touching or trying to be friends is something which harasses them to a great deal. If you need a proof go ask your sister, mother, wife or girl friend, they go through this harassment every single day.

One quick tip (from some writer in 'Action Hero', can't recall her name) for protecting yourself on streets -
On several occasions when walking down lonely roads in the day or at dusk, there have been two and four wheelers with men at the wheel who have stopped their vehicles and waited for me to catch up. At times like this, I make an exaggerated gesture of opening my purse, taking out pen and paper and then very deliberately writing down the registration number of the parked vehicle. The moment the owner realizes what I am up to, he revs up his engine and is off like a shot! I owe this method of "tackling" to my spouse who gave me this brilliant idea. I have shared it with many.

To wrap it all up, all I'd like to say is - Don't keep mum and bear it lying down. It's high time that we fight back. Take a stance.

Virginia Tech also was a dream come true for G.V. Loganathan, a 51-year-old engineering professor who grew up as the son of a railway worker in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu, an area famed for producing turmeric.
Loganathan earned two engineering degrees in India, then came to the United States. After earning a doctorate in hydraulics and systems engineering at Purdue University, he was desperate to stay and teach in America. He gladly took the post at Virginia Tech, where his 21-year-old daughter now studies, said his brother, G.V. Palanivel.
He loved his job so much, he wanted to be buried on campus to be near his students, his wife, Usha, told The Indian Express newspaper: "My husband has dedicated his heart and soul to his students, and wanted to be close to the institute even after his death."

Forget Megha, I did all I could to spread the words about Minal. Posted in our intranet, mailed all friends in Orkut, pinged some up in GTalk - and now posting it here. And as I am writing this post - Minal's scrap count has crossed 30k. All of last night, I was thinking about all these. Minal, Virginia, Cho, her parents - Just some random thoughts - nothing in particular. I didn't catch sleep for most part of the night - partly 'coz of the terrible neck-pain I'm suffering from for past couple of days, and primarily 'coz of the Virginia massacre.

And from this morning I've been searching the net for any info related to this. Some shocking things came up. Like - did u know that Sometime after he killed two people in a Virginia university dormitory but before he slaughtered 30 more in a classroom building, Cho Seung-Hui mailed NBC News a large package including photographs and videos Monday morning, boasting,

"When the time came, I did it. I had to.”
