What a week it has been ..!! What with all the hoopla surrounding the HP7 release ...!! The
million dollar security to avert the leak of the final installment, still it
leaking on the net, the denial of publishers and then
acceptance - and now all these is drawing to an end - of course with a big bang. The book is finally releasing tonight as the clock strikes midnight. The Final countdown has begun.
It's official now. The spoiler I was talking about is truly genuine. Read about it in
NYTimes. Huh. So, those of U who suspected the authenticity of this or those who missed it 'coz they were late - better luck next time. But wait, there's another option for U. U can read the review of the book, again posted on

Pheeew. Now I am feeling a bit relaxed. Whole of last week, I was juggling with lotsa
request from visitors for the spoiler, the overwhelming response to the
poll, the
notice from google, my site
crashing under the immense load,
1000+ visitors on a single day. Readers from world over tried every possible means to reach me to get their hands on the spoiler. They left comments, dropped me a mail and directly chatted with me. I couldn't help but reply to all of 'em. It's really been a very VERY busy week, filled with anxiety. So much so that eventhough I had the full spoiler with me and was talking 'bout it with my readers, I myself couldn't read even a single page of it. So, I guess my wait isn't spoilt ...!! Think I'm "evil cunning monster"...?? Ohhhh, please don't fret. I wasn't waiting for the release with all eagerness. If someone else told me the ending, it doesn't matter to me. I don't eat n drink n sleep HP. But, ya. I do like this series and adore it.
I guess this is the last post of my blog's Harry Potter series. As U prepare yourself to dive into the ocean of HP's adventure - lemme take U through the happenings in his life - right from the very 1st time. Read the quick recap

Ok people, there's another huge news. Now if it is good or bad, it depends on your viewpoint. For me, it was a very bad and painful experience. My baby got hurt....
Thing is, I received a "
Copyright infringement notice"
mail from Google for my
last post or more specifically, for the zip file containing the spoiler of HP7. All files in my
googlepages account, where all my stylesheets and blog images are uploaded, were blocked stating "The bandwidth limit for this site has been exceeded". My site was totally ripped of its style.

My poor baby. I worked on it so much and now it was down in an instant. What do I do? Cry out loud or break something down ...!! Anyways, I removed that zip file link from my last post. Instantly my site came back to life. Yay. So, they were holding my site at ransom for this. But nope. Site was down again within half-hour. My next stop was
Google Analytics which tracks my site's hit stats. The figures there were shocking as well as overwhelming. Given below is the comparison chart of my sites visit stat on 18th July and 19th July [ Today till 2 PM IST ].

HP mania. So, this is what has brought my site down and not Google People...!! A sigh of relief. Uploaded all the relevant files to another server and brought my site back to life [ again ]. At last.
Anyways, this 'Notice Mail' is evidence enough that the spoiler I was providing was indeed authentic. Otherwise they need not bother about it. Add to that, there were these official news in today's newspapers -

Whom does the Potter leak hurt? Not J.K. Rowling; nor her publishers; at least not monetarily. Anyone crazed enough about Harry Potter to endure reading photographs of the book is unquestionably going to buy at least one hardcover copy this weekend.
In all this 'bhagam bhag', U reader lost the chance of getting your hands on the spoiler. As asked by Google, I've removed it from my earlier post. So, if U've already downloaded / read it, good for U. Else, it's just two more days. Hold your breath till then.

Ok, here's something about the biggest wait of the year.
Harry Potter 7, the finale of the wizard who have spell bounded readers around the world. For past few days, there's been rumors about the end of the final book being leaked. Several people described the end of the book, which I guess was just their imagination. Though, the vividness of their imagination amused me. Some die-hard readers gave their predictions, based on some logic. Speculations ranged from Hermione dieing, Hagrid getting killed, Dumbledore resurrecting, Harry being a Horcrux, Peter Pettigrew helping Harry to repay his debt

Harry dieing at the end. Someone even wrote a plagiarized version of the story based on his imagination and released it in PDF form claiming it to be the original. Get it

And at last, this morning I came across a link which claimed to be the 'Real Spoiler of HP7' [ just like all others claim ]. I did click on it anyway, and to my utter disbelieve, found it really to be true. The story did make sense and add to that,
there are snaps from the book. Snaps of whole 4 content pages and Epilogue pages are given. This is indeed - real.

Frankly speaking, I don't mind the spoilers. Afterall, I'm not gonna buy the book pretty soon, if I decide to buy it at all. [ I'm hoping someone will gift it to me ;) ] And, there's this urge to know what happens at last. So, this spoiler serves my purpose. This doesn't mean that I won't read the book now. Eventhough I know the end now, I don't know the tids-n-bits of the story. Every page of this final book is going to be a treasure trove. With 4 horcruxes still to be discovered - it's a long ride. So, I'd definately gobble the whole book when I get my hands on it.
I had this terrible urge to post the spoiler link here so that all HP enthusiasts can read it and quench their thrust. But then thought better of it. Others might not share my viewpoint about spoilers. And eventhough they might not want to read the spoiler, the presence of the link will eventually tempt them to click on it - thus spoiling their fun. And in the end, they are gonna curse me to hell. Pheeew. I surely don't want this fury. So, withholding this info.
Instead, am launching this poll. Voice your opinion on this poll. Lemme know do U want to read this authentic HP7 spoiler. If I get considerable amount of positive response, I'll post the link here. Or if U can't wait that long, drop your mail id in comment. I'll mail U the link. Keep an eye on this space for further updates.
